Reason for the Season/PPPR!!!

Hi everyone,

It's my day over at PPPR and I will be continuing with the theme of the blog hop, Anything Goes!!! If you haven't had the chance to go through the hop yet you can do so by clicking here!!!

I have a quick and simple card for you today. PPPR has a few cutting files with just silhouettes, well I am using Bethlehem today. It's just perfect for the season and you really can't get a cutting file easier then a silhouette, one cut and your finished. I made the midnight sky using Distress ink, Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon and Black Soot. I also added a white gel pen for the stars. Bethlehem is cut out with black glitter paper, you can't really tell, but looks gr8t in person!

Pick up your Blog Hop Freebies on Saturday and Sunday of the hop only....then it will be available for purchase in the store!!
Friday's Freebie
I hope you have enjoyed my card, don't forget to enter thechallenge using the same theme and PPPR Cutting Files!

Now onto my project and Cutting Files...
Isn't this the perfect card to give a school teacher for Christmas??

Here are all the files you will need to recreate this card:

I created this cute shaped card using my Silhouette, I love that machine, shaped cards are so easy to put together using weld, release compound path and the offset. I laid my cutting files on the virtual mat the way I wanted, made an extra copy of the image then clicked offset, using the offset I clicked duplicate x2 (one for the overlay), aligned the bottom and weld, glued all my pieces and put the shaped card together!!
Just for hopping along with us today, Lisa has some gr8t blog candy, check this out....

All you have to do is be a follower and leave comments on each blog, easy peasy!! For extra chances  "LIKE" PPPR facebook page https://www.facebook.com/PrettyPaperPrettyRibbons21  and/or sign up for the PPPR Newsletter http://www.prettypapergraphics.com/pages/Newsletter.htm A Random winner will be chosen for the prize on Tuesday, December 15.

Pick up your Blog Hop Freebies on Saturday and Sunday of the hop only....then it will be available for purchase in the store!!

Challenge!!

Hi everyone,

I received some Happy Mail today!!! I recently purchased from Pretty Cute Stamps, as soon as I seen this little penguin I knew I just had to have him in my collection. As you already know I jumped right in and used the same marker set I talked about in yesterday's post.
Back side of tag!
I had been wanting to join Scrappy Mom's tag challenge before it ends tonight, so I put this little penguin on a snowglobe tag from the doodlecharms cartridge. The snowglobe came out a little smaller than I had wanted, but I couldn't waist this cute paper, you know how that goes!

Well I hope you enjoy my tag, I will be entering this into Scrappy Mom's Tag it Challenge! I used their Tech Savy and Countless Occasions stamp sets.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to take the time to enter a challenge, so this will be a quick, simple and straight to the point! I was trying out some new markers I purchased from Hobby Lobby, they blended pretty good, very vibrant, I also used distress inks!

These are the markers, I just don't like the shape, but reasonably priced!

I will be entering this card into the following challenge:
